Individual counselling and psychotherapy for adults, whether something specific has shifted, or you've just been carrying something for long enough that it's time to put it down.
"My first goal is always the same, to create a space where you can say what's actually going on."
More about Jason →There's no single reason people start therapy. A few of the spaces I work in most often:
Anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, identity questions, life transitions. Therapy doesn't have to wait for a crisis.
Learn more →Late diagnosis, burnout, identity, RSD, PDA, and the experience of navigating a world that wasn't designed for your brain. My approach is neuroaffirming, not remedial.
Learn more →Partners, parents, families. Being close to someone neurodivergent changes how you relate, communicate, and cope. That impact is real and often overlooked.
Learn more →Not sure what to expect? Here's how it usually goes.
Send a brief message or give me a call. No referral needed, no lengthy forms. Just say hello.
We'll have a free 10–15 minute phone chat to see if we're a good fit. No commitment needed.
Come as you are. We'll get to know each other and start figuring out what you need from here.
The room matters. It's hard to open up in a space that feels clinical or uncomfortable. My practice in Nambour is quiet and warm, plants, natural light, chairs that don't feel like waiting room furniture.
Online sessions via video call are also available for clients who prefer that flexibility.
